4 bautismos, peanut butter m&m’s, and volcano glaciers

This has been such a sweet week!!!

Throughout the whole week we were praying like crazy and going to this one family’s house for their baptism this last saturday!! They all ended up getting baptized and it was a crazy amazing day. I got to baptize the mom of the family, Veronica Cusin. The missionaries have been teaching them for about six months. There was a lot of things that we had to fix. The main miracle we saw in this family was actually their divorce. When we first started teaching them, the were miserable… The dad of the family would get drunk and beat the wife and daughters. He would work about 12 hours away though, so we were able to teach them a lot still. After they had finally gotten the divorce finalized, we helped them through a long, long repententance process for some things they had done. the change that we have seen in this family is actually inspiring. They are now happy, have love and peace in the home, and will even be able to attend the temple with the ward this month!!! We are so happy for them, and MAN what a great experience we have had teaching them!!

On Sunday, they all came (along with 8 other investigators) and all got confirmed!! I got to do two and my comp did the other two!! I also got peanut butter m&m’s from my ZL’s on Sunday (one of my favorite candies!!).

On Monday, I gave my final district council for the change (transfers)! This change has gone by so crazy fast, and I’m so happy for all of the experiences I’ve gained!! It went super well, and we got together with the zone and did all of our guesses for the changes!! i think I will still be here in San Pablo and training… Anyway I sent out my informes to the ZL’s then ate lunch with my old trainer and his comp!! We taught a few lessons that day then went to bed!!!

Today was probably the coolest P-Day I’ve ever had!!!!! We woke up super early (us and the hermanas in my district) and went to this town called Cayambe… We took a taxi that ended up costing $65 and went almost to the top of this beautiful volcano!! we hiked up to a glacier and celebrated the last P-Day of the change with Hermana Campbell falling in the freezing glacier mud haha!! we went to lunch after and also got doughnuts !!!!!! ( there is a bakery that makes them there, and man they are soooo good!!!)

Its been a super cool week!! Thank you for all you do for me and the support!!
